Workshop “Writing Torah Scrolls”

On 28 January 2020 from 1:30 P.M to 5 P.M., the Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures will host the hands-on workshop titled “Writing Torah Scrolls” to take place at Warburgstraße 28, 20354 Hamburg, 3rd floor conference room.

The workshop will be held by the Torah scribe Mark Farnadi-Jerusálmi and Prof Dr Ira Rabin (CSMC and BAM – Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung) and will consist of two parts: a brief theoretical introduction and a hands-on writing portion.
