Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), established by the European Commission, are a major European research initiative designed to support interdisciplinary research and international exchange. The MSCA includes a postdoctoral fellowship scheme, which is divided into 1) European and 2) Global postdoctoral fellowships.

As currently the largest research centre of its kind worldwide, the Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures (CSMC) is interested in supporting Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship applications related to research on written artefacts. The CSMC at the University of Hamburg offers an exciting environment for researching handwritten artefacts across various materials, periods, and regions within a collaborative team of doctoral, postdoctoral, and senior/professorial researchers. You will join an international team of researchers from over forty disciplines in the Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Computer Science at the Centre at Hamburg University.

If you are interested in applying for the MSCA and would like the CSMC in Hamburg to be your host institution, please contact a potential supervisor at the CSMC in advance (see the list below). With a supervisor from CSMC, pre-selected candidates will be invited to a master class in Hamburg prior to the submission of your MSCA PF application.
