Artists in Residence

Through its Artist in Residence programme, the CSMC strives for a true marriage of the arts and sciences. Across the full range of media and techniques, artists working with written artefacts in the broadest sense are provided with a studio space at the CSMC to work and live in close proximity to the researchers. This facilitates synergies between these two worlds and allows for an uninhibited exchange of ideas.

During their stay, the artists produce an artwork that is then displayed at the CSMC.
