Research
How has unequal access to training and research within local and across global communities shaped written artefacts studies? What writing practices, writers, users of written artefacts, and kinds of written artefacts and writing communities have so far been overlooked or marginalised in written artefact studies? What analytical and interpretive perspectives would paying attention to these practices, communities, and artefacts enable us to open up? We seek to explore these questions across a variety of events in which we also reflect on what a more inclusive research on written artefacts would look like.
