Mentoring and Training

We promote the scholarly and career development of our diverse community of students and early-career researchers by offering language trainings, professional skills trainings, anti-discrimination trainings, and mentoring programs tailored to their needs. Through our Ethics Committee, we also offer our students and researchers one-on-one guidance on ethical questions raised by their research projects.

Our early career researchers can also take advantage of numerous career development trainings offered through UHH’s Career Centre, the Hamburg Research Academy, and the Hamburg Centre for University Teaching and Learning.
