Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) Dome

- General description: portable RTI dome for non-destructive, non-invasive imaging of the object with an emphasis on topographical features
- Application aim: creation of a detailed and interactive representation of the object’s topography
Mobility: mobile; 3 kg in 1 packaging unit (camera and dome) - Application requirements:
- Required space: 50 × 50 cm
- Light: controlled lighting conditions (no direct sunlight)
- Climate: 10–35 C (non-condensing)
- Furniture: 1 regular table, 1 regular chair
- Electrical power: 5V USB
- Safety: not advisable to look directly into the LEDs
- Object limitations: objects A6 or smaller can be imaged in full; subsections of larger objects can be imaged, but the results cannot be stitched
- Set-up time: 20 min for setup and calibration
- Average time for measuring: full sequence of 50 images takes 3 min
- Output: 8-bit JPEG with a resolution of 7968 × 5320 pixels (optional 14-bit RAW)
